Food was great! Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was amazing. Clean and fast service.

Clean restaurant with attentive staff. Okay food. Beer lines needed cleaning.

I dont thin they are ready to be open to the public. Wait time for service was very long(which was fine under the circumstances) but food came back cold and missing items. They concentrated more on the to go orders going out the door.

We ordered take out and when the food came and we opened it up we were more than disappointed to say the least. The steaks were of the lowest quality, riddled with gristle, and appeared to have been cooked in the microwave. The chicken tenders were tough and rubbery. The only thing that was edible were the salads, other than that the meal was a joke. They’ve gone way down hill.

Always good food. If you join the O'Charleys club you get discounts on e-mail and they give a Military discount. Never had a bad meal here. Great service.

A good location with good food and service.

Waitress and staff great. Fish tasted like a grease change was needed. Mac n cheese bland. Also why I gotta wait outside and follow arrows to walk when the toilets look like this

Good food, Friendly staff, Reasonably priced. It was burgers and soup today. Free pie Wednesdays with entree.

Did have 4 Stars, but last visit may have been the last visit. Service was average to less. Servers went out side to smoke or whatever came back in and didn't wash hands before going to tables. Food was good but not memorable

Had the grilled salmon bowl...very good...service was very good...grandson had the kids chicken strips and ate more than he usually does..daughter-in-law had the seafood platter all was cooked to perfection...son had chicken strips, fries, and coleslaw also very good...keep up the great work..will be back again soon

Ordered $70 Easter dinner and was first time ever at this OCharleys. We will never be back! I was extremely giving with a $20 tip as I know these are strange times and I like to support locals. However, I had a bad experience with employee when I checked order and was missing some of the food. Food was dry and old tasting. Person in line before me had her food given to another person and she had to wait to have her food made again. Overall, a big cluster and patrons were indirectly made to feel like it was their fault.

Before today I hadn't eaten at this chain in 20 years. Wow, it was good. There are so many choices to eat and this slipped past us for a while (or more). Our waitress was nice, food was prompt, and best all everything was delicious!!

Terrible. Slow service and not fully cooked broccoli. Honney drissled chicken breast, half was cold. Had to be microwaved. Never going back...

Im very disappointed. My loaded potato soup was terrible. Even my parents thought it wasnt good. It was extremely salty and didnt have but 2 pieces of potato in it..i used to love this soup but not so much now. It tasted nothing like it used to. My potato skins were okay.. not great. All in all i was very bummed out.

First of all, the server was amazing! Unfortunately, everything else was a farce. May have been our last trip. Hey, thanks Mr. manager for directing us somewhere you can't leave a review! Not sure if you are short staffed or just don't give a damn. McDonald's would have been a better option tonight. At least I could have expected my food to suck and the prep wrong.

Food was good the service was great, but the men's bathroom was as gross as a out house . I would hope someone in management would has check it through the evening.

Waited several minutes before someone took our drink order, got drinks and waited another several minutes for our server to appear. She took our appetizer order and placed it for us while we debated what we would eat. She came back and took our dinner order. Waited several minutes for 2 salads and soup. Never received our appetizer. Server disappeared for about 15 minutes never checking on us throughout salads to see if we needed anything. When she finally did return for refills we inquired about our appetizer. It had been 30 minutes since she placed the order for it. We received it at the table the same time our dinner entrees came out. Our daughter received the wrong meal, so we had to wait for the correct one to come out. It was not busy by any means in the restaurant, so there's no reason that an appetizer should have taken way over 30 minutes to be cooked and to our table. We were highly disappointed in this location due to this.

We stood at the door 20 mins with a dozen other people while the restaurant was half empty and the greeter said it's easier on the servers!!! It was freezing with the doors opening. We are were finally seated but took forever to order then it was a 40 minute wait for our food! Then when it came, it was all cold! The manager took only one meal off our bill. Worst Ocharleys I've ever been to and will never return!

Placed a "To Go" order online and when I arrived to pick it up with in minutes there were bringing out the order to my vehicle. The order was correct and hot. The waitress that handle the order was very friendly and smiling. First time using the TO GO system but have to say it was awesome and will definitely use again in the future.

Went after Moms funeral...compassionate, efficient and excellent food...waitress was exceptional and we had a large party.. Very very efficient .Kudos

Staff was friendly and the food came out correctly and quickly. The Long Island iced tea was very good and the rolls are wonderful. Their chicken tenders are amazing if that's what you're after

The flatware and the plates were dirty and greasy. We went through 4 sets before finding a semi clean fork to eat off of. The floors were greasy and slick and there was no toilet paper in the stalls of the ladies room. The only good thing was the service of the girl at the bar where we sat. She was great! Not sure I will ever go back.

Although I normally have great experience with Ocharleys. I would not suggest ordering a family style low country shrimp family dinner to go and especially not with door dash. The packaging for this meal is sub par at best. It arrived in a foam to go box, but 60% of everything had spilled out into the plastic bag. this is a horrible way to ship a family meal. What was left in the foam containers was not enough to feed my family and it was fairly cold.

Our experience was mediocre at best. We were seated at a dirty table when there were several around us that were clean. Hostess was not friendly. They then cleaned the table with a wet rag and asked if that was good enough. Our waitress left in the middle of taking drink order because she messed up someone's bill. She was also not very friendly. The food was not great either. The seasoning on the fried shrimp was too strong, but the fried fish was delicious. The steak was chewy and not cooked well. We will not plan to visit this specific location again.

Food is as expected - OK. Staff is nice but as most places in Middletown could be better trained. Pleasant chain experience. Won't let me give 3 and a half stars.

Ordered through Door Dash, the Garlic Shrimp Pasta and "Made-from-scratch" lemonade. No Parmesan cheese whatsoever on pasta. And paid $4 for a 20 oz of something cheap lemonade you'd find at a diner in one of those machines. Wendy's serves better strawberry lemonade!!

Amazing experience. The wait staff and manager were so sweet to our family. Great food, friendly environment, exceptional service. Definitely out go to family date night.

This place has really went downhill over the years. The floors feel greasy walking in. The carpet is in desperate need of shampoo or replacing. Not enough focus on cleanup between patrons...little bits of food sprinkled here and there on the floor and the menus were a little cruddy as well. The saving grace was food quality. Though our party had to ask 2 to 3 times to get what we needed from a total of 4 different staff, I will compliment the taste and delivery of the meal. Everything was cooked perfect, seasoned deliciously, and presented timely. Due to another table's inconvenience to the atmosphere of our section, part of our meal was compd. I probably won't return here for awhile due to the overall lack of classy feel, but I would say it's still a better spot than most in Middletown.

Girl Working the door on 6/8/2020 was very rude at aprox 7 p.m. Not only was she very rude but short tempered when I nicely asked her where to pick up my food order upon entering the Middletown Ohio location. I will not be back as I noticed she was nice to the other races as they entered.

Never again. Steak was horrible, all fat and gristle. Out of the 2 things the mini me wanted.

Would not seat us. Seated several groups ahead of us.I complained and they took us to a table. We never got waited on!!!!!!!

So during our lunch on May 23, 2020 we got a coke with mold in it to start off, hair in our soup and in the salad. Not one person in the kitchen wears a hair net which is ridiculous! After the second hair we found, the female manager finally came to our table and was extremely rude about the entire situation. They would only take the salad off our bill it was literally one of the worst dining experiences ever!!!!

Food was good, not great as it usually is. Brannon was awesome, nice, polite, efficient.

Called earlier in the week to make reservations. The employee said, "no worries".Show up Sunday at 2:00 and had a 45 minute wait. Asked to speak to the general manager and of course nothing could be done. Food was good, help was fair, and general manager never checked on us again. Will not go beck there again.

This place is terrible, don’t waste your time or money here. We ordered Grubhub & they completely forgot my husband’s burger. They put a note inside the bag saying they had no avocado for the burger that wasn’t even in the bag? The fries were cold, macaroni was disgusting & tasted old. The brownie was decent.

There's not too many of these places around. The food and service did not disappoint. Especially during challenging times like these where some menus and way of doing things are limited. Would definitely recommend.

Wednesday is free pie day!!!! with each entree you get a free piece of pie. by dinner they run out of some and the brownie dessert isnt included as an option. i got the white fish with cornmeal batter.. i dont like slaw or fries so got salad and asparagus. my husband got chicken tenders fries. it was free pie day .. i got the seasonal lemon strawberry frozen pie and he had the chocolate silk.

Visited March 8, 2020 about 4:00 pm rolls were flat, dense & white, far from golden brown. Thirty five minutes had passed when the server came to let us know that our food was being “trayed up”. Ten minutes later still our order had not come out. Our server was no where in sight. We decided to leave. Never experienced this kind of service there before, not sure what happened. It’s typically really good 🤷‍♀️
